Every vendor the school partners with must undergo a routine review process before being approved and imported into the school's procurement system, the Online Purchasing System (OPS). Please complete the following form below to share with the school your interest in a potential vendor with Granite Mountain. The following form is for interest in service vendors with student interaction becoming a vendor with the school. Please note, requests are not guaranteed.
